Once ordered, the order cannot be cancelled at any stage. Because once the order is placed on hyrofsy.com – The Hyrofsy generally do not entertain cancellation of Orders. In case of delivery of order being late or bad or missing please contact us for the support.

Return policy

Please make sure that a visual representation is required as a proof before unboxing the parcel which will help us to identify that the return is genuine. Return is available only if it is falls under certain grounds : The product is found to be damaged or the package contains the wrong product then it can be returned to seller (Address) with the help of same or other courier and also send the air way bill number ( AWB) along with video on Email, once it will get verified the refund will be credited within 2 (two) business days.
